Director of Physical Therapy
Travis has been providing exceptional care for many years at Rehab Services of Nevada. Travis not only provides physical therapy but wound care as well. Travis is a graduate of Concordia University, Wisconsin.
Melissa Damele, DPT
Physical Therapist
Melissa is the newest addition to our team and a recent graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Melissa not only provides services in Elko, but also in Eureka. Melissa sees patients of all ages and is also an active provider in the Elko and Eureka County school districts.
Brittany Streeter, OT
Occupational Therapist
Brittany is our occupational therapist and a graduate of the University of North Dakota. Brittany works with patients of all ages ranging from shoulder injuries to children requiring physical, social and emotional development.
Deanna Pollock, SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Deanna is new to our team and focuses on helping our in-patients at NNRH who are experiencing problems with swallowing and communication.
McKenzie, Rupp, SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
McKenzie is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. She works with both children and adults who require treatment of impairments and disorders of speech, voice, language, communication, and swallowing.
Jamie Armstrong, SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Jamie is a graduate of the University of Nevada Reno and grew up in Elko. Her expertise is in treating children with articulation disorders but she enjoys working with all patients who can benefit from her services.
Demarah Gray, PT, MSPT
Physical Therapist
A graduate of BYU, 1986, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, 1988, Demarah founded Rehab Services of Nevada in 1992 in her home town of Winnemucca before expanding her company to Elko. With over 30 years of physical therapy experience, she has recently become a Balanced Body certified pilates instructor and enjoys utilizing her reformer and treating the entire person instead of just a body part. She believes that integrating the mind, body and spirit are essential in the healing process.
